SUMMER SCHEDULE

Get ready to train all summer long with the REDS Camp Relentless Summer Schedule! REDS — which stands for Relentless Effort Defines Success — offers a packed week of fitness, speed, strength, and conditioning sessions designed for athletes of all levels. Whether you're looking to improve your performance, build strength, or develop speed and agility, there's a session for you every day of the week.

The summer schedule runs Monday through Saturday and features a wide variety of training options including the Relentless Summer Program (small group training starting as early as 6:00am), Open Lift sessions from 8:00–9:30am, Open Speed & Agility and Open Strength & Conditioning from 11:00am–12:00pm, and afternoon Open Gym from 4:00–6:00pm. There are also specialty classes like Strength x Pilates with Jen Yanni, Youth Performance Speed & Agility, Speed Training, and the fan-favorite Relentless Saturday session. Friday mornings even kick off with early Hills training at 5:00am for those who want an extra challenge.
